Chapter 5 – Refraction of Light

The change in direction of light when it passes from one medium to another obliquely is known as refraction of light. The refraction of light takes place when light ray enters from water into a glass or from a glass into water. This chapter describes the refraction light with the help of diagrams.

Chapter 6 – The Human Eyes and the Colourful World

As we all know light makes us things visible through our naked eye. We can say that eyes are the most precious thing that is gifted from god  The human eye works on the refraction of light through a natural convex lens made of transparent living material and enables us to see the things around us. This chapter discusses the refraction of light through a prism, scattering of light and also describes the construction of the eye.
